David Baker has twenty-plus years of real estate experience covering many facets of the real estate industry with favorable property owner, broker, and client relationships throughout the entire United States. David specializes in the Industrial sector with clients ranging from distribution-warehouse facilities to light manufacturing needs. He has previously managed and owned his own company and Business Opportunity firm as well as held senior corporate positions within the Real Estate industry. Having been directly or indirectly involved with many transactions, David has a solid knowledge of all types of commercial and industrial opportunities and possesses skills in recognizing market conditions in real estate as well as building relationships with clients, peers, and brokers. David graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Business Administration with a degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. He has held a Real Estate license in Florida and is currently licensed in California and Illinois.
